My place is a small simple attico in el Carmen, super cosy and central. The building is very very old waiting to be reformed. It s a 3^0 floor without elevator. Very central but super quite at night. Just around the corner, restaurants, bars and shops and 3 supermarkets. At 200mt there is Mercado Central and at 100mt Plaza del Tossal. Perfect for 2 young people because there are steep old stairs, as told before, we are waiting to start reforming the facade and interior stairs. This is the main reason I m writing "fitted for younger people" The bedroom has AC converter...
